Until recently, I was the consummate city girl. High heels, excellent restaurants, cocktails and good hair. I was rarely seen in public without mascara and lip gloss, at the very least.  After a while, the city lights lost their glitter and I did what people talk about, but never do. I sold almost everything and moved to the country.

Now, I live outside Nanaimo, BC on a five acre horse farm with two cats. Living the simple life, I cook, garden, meditate, practice yoga and follow my passion, wherever that takes me on any given day. I’m more interested in living peacefully, eating healthy and being happy than I am worrying about the next event I should attend.  You’re as likely to find me reading a good book as you are watching me up to my elbows in dirt in the garden or flour in the kitchen.

I’m learning to live a positive, calm lifestyle and looking for my next adventure.
